Your Service Package & Technical Specifications

To ensure your profile is set up perfectly, please email the following details to office@hufrehealarm.com after completing your purchase:

• Profile Description: An engaging text about you and your work (max. 1,000 characters).
• Product/Service Recommendation: Describe your specific offer or service (max. 1,000 characters).
• Visual Material: Please provide suitable images for your profile and product in landscape format ( 16:9).
• Service Benefit: You can update your product/service recommendation (text & photo) once per calendar month.
• Reach: Please note that there is no entitlement to a specific reach or a minimum number of user views.

Conditions & Pricing

The contract term is 12 months, starting from the date your profile goes live, and will terminate automatically. All prices listed are net prices and are subject to applicable statutory VAT or local taxes.

• Business Partner: €199.00 net monthly (for larger enterprises, companies with multiple employees, corporations, schools, and shops).

Payment Options:

• Option A) Monthly via Standing Order
  • Monthly Rate: Please set up a standing order for €238.00 (gross). Payment should be received by the end of each month.
• Option B) Annual Lump-Sum Payment
  • €2,856.00 (gross) for Business Partners.

Fair Play & Commitment

Payment Terms & Invoicing:

• A single invoice will be issued for the total annual amount. Payment can be made either in monthly installments or as a one-time annual payment.
• The first monthly installment is due within 7 days of the invoice date, and subsequent payments are due monthly on the same calendar day.
• Clients have the option to settle the total amount in monthly installments over 12 months, referencing the invoice number. The exact amount of the monthly installment will be stated on the invoice.

Important Note on Delinquency (B2B): In the event of payment default, we are legally entitled to charge a standard B2B late fee of €40.00 plus default interest. Furthermore, your listing in the app may be temporarily deactivated until the outstanding balance is settled.

The Human Factor: We know that everyday business can get hectic and things can occasionally be overlooked. If you are facing a delay, please just let us know in advance. As long as we are informed, we will find a solution, and the late fee will, of course, not be applied. Communication is everything!

Key Legal Guidelines for Partners

• Content & Rights: You provide the data digitally and guarantee that you hold all intellectual property and usage rights for the submitted images and logos.
• Compliance & Legal Safety: Your descriptions must be factually accurate and must not contain any misleading advertising or promises of recovery/cures. We reserve the right to make editorial adjustments.
• Liability: There is no guarantee of a specific reach or a minimum number of user interactions.

Next Steps:

Once your order is complete and we have received your profile details (text and images), we will activate your profile in the app as soon as possible. For existing partners with a signed contract, this purchase serves solely for system-side account activation and monthly billing.
