With this listing, you will become visible as a qualified contact within the Hufrehe Alarm App. Users searching locally for hoof care support, veterinary care, or specialist advice can find you directly via our interactive map. Use this platform to optimally present your competence as a larger institution, school, shop, or company with multiple employees.

Your Service Package & Technical Specifications

To ensure we can set up your profile perfectly, please send the following details to office@hufrehealarm.com after your purchase:

• Profile Description: A meaningful description of yourself and your work (max. 1,000 characters).
• Product Recommendation: Describe your special offer or service (max. 1,000 characters).
• Images: Suitable images for your profile and product in landscape format (16:9).
• Update Service: You can flexibly update your product recommendation (text & photo) once per calendar month.
• Reach: There is no entitlement to a specific reach or a minimum number of user views.

Terms & Payment Options

The contract duration is 12 months from the date your listing goes live and expires automatically.

• Total Investment: €2,850.00 (gross, incl. 19% VAT) | corresponds to €2,394.96 net.

You can choose between two convenient payment options:

• Option A) Monthly Installments via Standing Order: Simply set up a standing order for €237.50 (gross) after receiving your invoice. Payments should be received by the end of each month.
• Option B) Annual One-Off Payment: Conveniently settle the full gross amount of €2,850.00 directly upon receipt of the invoice.

Fair Play & Commitment

• Invoicing: The invoice is issued as a single total amount, but transparently displays the breakdown of the monthly installments. The first payment (whether the full amount or the first installment) is due within 7 days of the invoice date; subsequent installments are due on the same day of each following month.
• Late Payment: Please note that in the event of B2B default, we are legally entitled to charge a standard late payment compensation fee of €40.00 as well as default interest. Furthermore, your listing in the app may be temporarily deactivated until the outstanding balance is settled.
• The Human Element: We know that things can get lost in the daily rush of running a business. If you ever run into a bottleneck, just give us a quick heads-up beforehand. As long as we keep communicating, we will always find a solution, and the late payment fee will, of course, not be applied. Communication is key!

Important Guidelines for Partners

• Content & Rights: You provide us with the data digitally and guarantee that you hold all rights to the submitted images and logos.
• Legal Compliance: Your details must be factually accurate and must not contain any promotional claims or promises regarding improvement. We reserve the right to make editorial adjustments to comply with the app’s guidelines.

What happens next: Once your order is complete and we have received your data (profile text & images), we will activate your partner profile in the app as soon as possible. For existing partners with a contract already signed separately, this checkout process serves solely for the system-side activation of your account and monthly billing.
